Your work will span optimizing supply chains, aligning pricing strategies, and improving communication between office management and international sales teams. Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership: Manage and improve the daily operations of logistics, supply chain, customer service, and sales to ensure seamless business processes.
Supply Chain Optimization: Oversee supply chain, pricing, and contract management, unlocking opportunities for significant cost savings.
Strategic Implementation: Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure their smooth execution across all levels.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards across operations.
Communication Hub: Act as the central link between office management, logistics, supply chain, sales, and external stakeholders (including international franchisers).
Strategic Support: Separate operational tasks from strategic initiatives, enabling the leadership team to focus on business development and long-term growth.
Reporting: Track and report on operational KPIs to the leadership team, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.
Market Introductions: Support and prepare for the introduction of new products.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5–10 years in senior operational management, ideally in the MedTech or a closely related industry.
Leadership: Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to drive results through others.
Business Mindset: A strategic thinker with a practical understanding of the intricate interplay between supply chain, pricing, and resource management.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate between teams and streamline processes.
Language Skills: Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with French considered a plus.
Growth Potential: Ambitious and committed to growing with the company over the next 5–10 years.
