Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Molecular Diagnostics Account Manager to join our clients team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in molecular diagnostics and is passionate about finding solutions to complex challenges faced by our clients customers. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement solutions for customers in the field of molecular diagnostics

Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and identify opportunities for improvement

Present solutions and results to customers and at scientific conferences and symposiums

Stay up to date with advancements in the field of molecular diagnostics and identify opportunities for innovation

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to close deals

Provide excellent customer service and support

Contribute to the growth and success of the company through innovation and experimentation

Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback and guide the development of new products

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or a related field

Strong background in molecular diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field

Account management and sales experience

Ability to work independently and manage complex projects

Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and experimentation

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience presenting at scientific conferences and symposiums
