Currently our client has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and innovative Technical Project Manager to join their team. The full-time position offers a pivotal role in advancing our clients system and optimizing its deployment with prospective clients.

Job
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the connecting link within the team and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for further developing existing products and translating R&D projects into tangible results. This means coordinating projects, monitoring action points, and maintaining contacts with suppliers and partners. You will work on both strategic and operational levels, and you won’t hesitate to get hands-on when necessary. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in the further development of our clients advanced OR solutions and the optimization with (future) customers.

Responsibilities

  • Development of operating theater solutions: Lead the improvement and further development of advanced ORsolutions.
  • Project management: Manage and coordinate technical projects, ensuring structure, managing action points, and maintaining contacts with suppliers. Ensure projects are completed within set timelines and budgets.
  • Collaboration: Work effectively with R&D, QA, and other departments to achieve project goals and translate technical concepts into concrete results.
  • Liaison: Act as the crucial link; bringing innovative R&D solutions into executable projects.
  • Optimization of placement and implementation: Optimize installation and implementation processes, including developing implementation plans and guiding installation teams.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is pragmatic and solution-oriented.
  • Has technical insight and understands how hardware, software, and mechanics come together.
  • Has experience in project management within a technical environment.
  • Is self-starting and hands-on, with the ability to maintain oversight.
  • Is flexible and can adapt well to changing circumstances.
  • Has excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Can work well with various stakeholders.
  • Understands technical deadlines in a hardware and software setting.
  • Has experience in a regulated environment
