Cashflow and Consolidation Specialist

In this role, you will work closely with the CFO and play a key role in guiding the financial direction of the organization.

Function

Cash flow management and forecasting: Generate cash flow overviews, perform accurate cash flow forecasting, make cashflow statements and analyze the liquidity position.
Consolidation: Responsible for consolidating financial data from multiple entities (2-3) and reporting consolidated figures to the Board.
Reporting and advisory: Prepare financial reports for the board and provide strategic financial advice to management.
Support with financial statements: Actively contribute to the preparation of the annual financial statements and ensure accurate processing of financial data.
Projects: Contribute to various financial projects, such as the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and shaping the company’s financial strategy.
Translation of legal documents: Financial translation of legal documents into ledger entries, including capitalization, share premium, contributions in kind, goodwill, and the sale of intellectual property.
CFO’s strategic partner: Act as the right hand of the CFO, providing trusted advice on financial strategy and reporting.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field, complemented by RA or CPA qualifications.
Extensive knowledge of cash flow management, consolidation, and financial reporting.
Experience working in international corporate structures and knowledge of financial regulations.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate financial data into strategic insights.
Hands-on mentality, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and experience reporting to executive management.
Experience with BI tool implementation and familiarity with financial IT systems is a plus.
Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
