Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum and Course Development:
- Design, develop, and update training curricula and courses tailored to different business groups and geographic regions.
- Collaborate with experts in various departments to ensure the training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and hands-on activities, appealing to all generations of employees.
2. Training Delivery:
- Act as a trainer for group sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics such as commercial excellence, leadership development, and technical skills.
- Facilitate interactive training sessions to promote active participation and knowledge retention and share best practices among employees in areas such as principal management and customer service training.
- Adapt training methods to different learning styles and cultural differences.
3. Global Training Coordination:
- Coordinate training initiatives worldwide and across 8 business groups, ensuring consistency in content and delivery standards and costs.
- Collaborate with senior management, technical directors, country HR teams, and business group laboratories to leverage resources and expertise for training programs.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training and gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the quality of the training offerings. Keep track of participants and request feedback on benefits and possible improvements.
4. Technology Integration:
- Utilize the Cornerstone LMS and related technologies and platforms to improve the delivery and accessibility of training materials, including virtual classrooms and mobile learning apps. Lead the Cornerstone user groups, learning administrators in the business groups and countries, and ensure their system knowledge is up-to-date. Create dashboards and report training usage to senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in training technology and recommend solutions to optimize learning outcomes.
