Main Responsibilities:

As our Sustainability Lead, you will:

• Drive the execution of our clients sustainability strategies, ensuring alignment with our organization’s goals and values.

• Conduct comprehensive sustainability research, benchmarking best practices, and analyzing industry trends to inform strategy development.

• Stay ahead of relevant sustainability regulations, standards, and trends, ensuring our compliance and adoption of industry-leading practices.

• Monitor and report on sustainability performance, tracking progress against our ambitious goals and targets.

• Continuously enhance our sustainability programs, policies, and practices, driving ongoing improvement in our clients sustainability performance.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, integrating sustainability into all aspects of our clients business, from operations and procurement to finance and HSEQR.

• Engage and inspire stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers, to actively participate in and support our clients sustainability initiatives. Regularly communicate progress and achievements to promote transparency and accountability.

• Develop and deliver impactful sustainability training and communication programs, effectively engaging employees and stakeholders in our clients sustainability vision.

• Identify and assess environmental risks and opportunities, developing robust mitigation plans to ensure responsible environmental practices.

• Manage internal campaigns focused on sustainability and community engagement, fostering a culture of sustainability within our clients organization.

• Partner with the Corporate Communications team to maximize external coverage through targeted media and talent audiences, showcasing our sustainability achievements and attracting top talent.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A master’s degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, sustainability, chemistry, or engineering.

• Several years of hands-on experience in sustainability, environmental management, or a related field, demonstrating your expertise and knowledge.

• Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, enabling you to drive sustainability initiatives effectively.
