Managing Consultant EMEA – Care Setting Operations & Digital – EMEA
Lens, Executive Search is looking to appoint an EMEA Care Setting Solutions Lead within the service division of one of the largest players in the field of international manufacturers and distributors of medical devices. You will be part of a unique ‘collection’ of solutions in healthcare innovation. Our client has the critical mass and stamina to profoundly impact and transform the present healthcare systems.
As part of the highly mobile central EMEA consultancy team you will provide expertise and leadership to drive end-to-end projects and programs centering on technological innovation and optimization.
You are a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare value chain, as well as breadth of experience across multiple disciplines. You partner with hospital managementnational consulting teams and business development to drive complex transformational change and the expansion and professionalization of the healthcare solutions of our client. You will detect and share learnings and best-practices in EMEA with the local consulting teams and business development and create tailormade local solutions.
You have a masters degree and have been working as a consultant for at least 10 years years at a top tier consulting (healthcare) firm on senior management level.
You have extensive experience in the healthcare environment and in dealing with hospitals’ C-suite/senior management/stakeholders. You are a strong problem solver with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare provider business.
